冬去春來,乍暖還寒。充實(shí)而愉快的寒假已經(jīng)結(jié)束,歡迎同學(xué)們回到優(yōu)美的校園,開始新學(xué)期的學(xué)習(xí)生活!
“舊歲雖展千重錦,新年更上一層樓”。在三羊開泰,辭舊迎新的時(shí)刻,同學(xué)們有沒有制定新一年的學(xué)習(xí)和生活計(jì)劃,計(jì)劃執(zhí)行得如何?希望下面的六條建議可以幫助大家實(shí)現(xiàn)自己的新年計(jì)劃!
【落實(shí)新年計(jì)劃】
新的一年新的開始,你肯定又有新的目標(biāo)和愿望了吧?如果你不想把它們拋諸腦后,下面這6個(gè)建議可以幫助你將計(jì)劃堅(jiān)持下去,并達(dá)成目標(biāo)!
1、Clearly define your desire 明確目標(biāo)
You must get really clear about what you want to change, then define it in detail and get totally committed to doing it.
你必須非常清楚你想要做怎樣的改變,然后對此制定詳細(xì)的計(jì)劃,并全身心投入其中。
2、Ask friends for help 找朋友監(jiān)督
When things are going well, your friends can applaud for your accomplishments, but when you run out of steam, their cheers will re-establish your enthusiasm and help you head on.
當(dāng)事情進(jìn)展順利時(shí),他們會(huì)為你的成就喝彩,而當(dāng)你筋疲力盡時(shí),他們的鼓勵(lì)能讓你重新燃起熱情,繼續(xù)前行。
3、Declare your resolutions 將你的計(jì)劃公諸于眾
Letting more people know about your personal challenges will help keep you from letting the desire die. Responsibility is at least lightly established and your statement is set in stone.
讓更多的人知道你的個(gè)人挑戰(zhàn),這能阻止你將夢想束之高閣。這至少會(huì)產(chǎn)生一種責(zé)任感,讓你的承諾不會(huì)改變。
4、Set a timeline 列出時(shí)間表
Don't leave your resolutions to rot over the next 365 days. Set spans of space to reach the next mile post on your journey to your great goal. Once one is accomplished, reset the clock and continue to push forward.
別讓你的計(jì)劃在未來的365天慢慢變質(zhì)。在你通向遠(yuǎn)大目標(biāo)的道路上設(shè)置階段性的里程碑。每到達(dá)一站,就將時(shí)間歸零,繼續(xù)向下一站沖刺。
5、Celebrate each step forward 為每一次進(jìn)步歡呼
Celebrating small successes on the way to difficult goals can help us to achieve them. Make sure you are fully aware of every victory and you will build up momentum that can carry you through the troubles on the road.
在追逐難以到達(dá)的目標(biāo)的過程中,慶祝小小的成功能幫助我們實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)。如果確定自己充分享受了每一次成功帶來的喜悅,那么你將擁有跨越前方障礙的動(dòng)力。
6、Make proper adjustments 適當(dāng)調(diào)整目標(biāo)
If you realize that losing 20 pounds in 2 weeks is unrealistic and unhealthy, then make the proper adjustments and keep going on. Don’t become discouraged or feel like you’ve failed. It’s not about the numbers or the time; It’s the lasting results that matter.
如果你發(fā)現(xiàn)在兩個(gè)星期之內(nèi)減掉20磅既不現(xiàn)實(shí)也不健康,那就合理地調(diào)整目標(biāo),繼續(xù)加油吧。別垂頭喪氣的,感覺自己像個(gè)失敗者。數(shù)字和時(shí)間都不是關(guān)鍵,堅(jiān)持的結(jié)果才至關(guān)重要。
